      Identifyiing meaning/gist,Identifying emotion/feeling in an utterance

 An utterance is the smallest unit of speech .It is an act of uttering, Vocal expression, manner Of speaking, Pawer OF speaking . It is a Continuous  Piece OF speech begining and ending With a  Clear Pause utterances do not exist in written language only their representations do. It also includes stress, Intonation, Tone Of Voice, rhythm, an utterance which, is Found in Spoken and written language as in a script has several characteristics. These includes paralinguistic features which is feature of communication that does not involves words but is added around an utterance to give meaning.it is also a best way to express emotion & feelings.Emotion recognition is the process of identifying the affective characteristics of an utterance given either static or dynamic descriptions of its signal content.It seems to be natural & Fluent.

It is necessary to develop utterance in children in early age by teachers and parents. In early childhood students learn quickly. Teacher must learn the large number of new words and vocabularies to the students.They give chances to the students to speak english between friends. Enhance a positive atmosphere in classroom for utterance. Self confidence is an important aspects of utterance.So,teacher must increase the self confidence of teacher students.

एक उच्चारण भाषण की सबसे छोटी इकाई है। यह बोलने का एक कार्य है, मुखर अभिव्यक्ति, बोलने का तरीका, बोलने की शक्ति।  यह एक निरंतर भाषण का आरंभ और अंत है, एक स्पष्ट विराम उच्चारण के साथ लिखित भाषा में मौजूद नहीं है, केवल उनके प्रतिनिधित्व करते हैं।  इसमें स्ट्रेस, इंटोनेशन, टोन ऑफ वॉयस, रिदम, एक उच्चारण भी शामिल है, जो स्पोकन और लिखित भाषा में पाया जाता है क्योंकि एक स्क्रिप्ट में कई विशेषताएं होती हैं।  इनमें पारभाषिक विशेषताएं शामिल हैं जो संचार की विशेषता है जिसमें शब्दों को शामिल नहीं किया जाता है लेकिन अर्थ देने के लिए एक उच्चारण के आसपास जोड़ा जाता है। यह भावनाओं और भावनाओं को व्यक्त करने का सबसे अच्छा तरीका भी है। भावना पहचान किसी दिए गए उच्चारण की प्रभावशाली विशेषताओं की पहचान करने की प्रक्रिया है  इसकी संकेत सामग्री का स्थिर या गतिशील विवरण। यह स्वाभाविक और धाराप्रवाह लगता है।


 शिक्षकों और माता-पिता द्वारा कम उम्र में बच्चों में उच्चारण विकसित करना आवश्यक है। बचपन में छात्र जल्दी सीखते हैं।  शिक्षक को छात्रों को बड़ी संख्या में नए शब्द और शब्दावली सीखनी चाहिए। वे छात्रों को दोस्तों के बीच अंग्रेजी बोलने का मौका देते हैं।  कक्षा में उच्चारण के लिए सकारात्मक माहौल बनाएं।  आत्मविश्वास उच्चारण का एक महत्वपूर्ण पहलू है। इसलिए, शिक्षक को शिक्षक छात्रों के आत्मविश्वास को बढ़ाना चाहिए।
